P.A., RPI & Escapees discount require 3-night purchase. 

DAILY /WEEKLY RESERVATIONS

Cancellation 48 hours or more before scheduled arrival:
Reservation payments will be refunded, less a $15 cancellation fee.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival:
The equivalent of one night’s site fee will be forfeited. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded.

MONTHLY

30 nights or longer

Because monthly and extended-stay reservations hold a site for a significant period of time, additional notice is required.

30 days or more before scheduled arrival:
Reservation payments will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee.

15–29 days before scheduled arrival:
50% of the reservation deposit will be forfeited.

14 days or less before scheduled arrival:
The reservation deposit will be forfeited.

NO-SHOWS

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and have not contacted Tradewinds RV Park will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund of the reservation deposit or amounts otherwise designated as nonrefundable under the reservation terms.

The park may release the site for another guest.

EARLY DEPARTURES

Choosing to leave before the scheduled departure date does not constitute a cancellation.

No refunds are provided for unused nights due to voluntary early departure.

This includes changes in travel plans, changes in work schedules, deciding to relocate to another park, or other personal changes after the stay has begun.

CANCELLATIONS BY TRADEWINDS RV PARK

If Tradewinds RV Park must cancel a reservation because we cannot provide the reserved site or a reasonably comparable alternative, payments for the unavailable stay will be refunded.

This does not apply when a reservation or stay is terminated because of a guest’s violation of park rules, policies, payment obligations, or other terms of occupancy.
