	Rates are for 2 adults and 2 children under 12.	Deposits will roll over into final electric or outstanding balances upon vacate.

Daily, Nightly & Weekly Stay Rates

Day Pass	$17.50 + tax	4 Hour window during business hours.
Nightly	$45.00 + tax	Military/Veterans, AAA, AARP, RPI & Passport America discounts accepted.
Weekly	$240.00 + tax	Military/Veterans, AAA & AARP discounts accepted.
All RVs must be fully self-contained and equipped with functioning toilet and shower facilities. RVs without operational bathroom facilities are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit and cancellation policies are based on reservation type.
Site rental starts the 1st or 15th. Early arrivals will pay prorate the second month.
Every attempt will be made to accommodate specific site requests, however, a reservation for a specific site is not guaranteed.
Any arrival date change must be done at least 7 days in advance for weekly and daily rental, 30 days in advance for monthly rentals.
We take reservations months in advance as a courtesy to our guests. Because our guests depend on these reservations we cannot guarantee that your space will be available if you arrive early or want to extend your stay. Please make sure you clear any changes to your reservation with Management well in advance.
