RULE & REGULATIONS
1) Guest Responsibility – Guests are responsible for their children, visitors, pets, vehicles, personal property, mail, and deliveries. Violations of park rules or the Crime-Free Addendum may result in immediate removal without refund.
2) Utilities – Use of a surge protector and water pressure regulator is strongly recommended. Guests are responsible for damage caused by failure to do so. Covers and locks are not permitted on electrical pedestals.
3) Speed Limit – Maximum speed is 5 MPH. All traffic signs must be obeyed.
4) Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
5) Sewer Requirements – Sewer connections must comply with Mohave County Health regulations. Black tank treatment is required, and black tank valves must remain closed except when dumping.
6) Trash Disposal – Household trash only. Flatten all boxes. No furniture, mattresses, automotive parts, or hazardous materials.
7) Fire Safety – Fireworks, wood-burning fire pits, and open carry firearms are prohibited.
8) Generators – Allowed only for medical emergencies during outages or monthly maintenance between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
9) Site Alterations – Do not modify park property or install structures without written approval.
10) Parking & Vehicles – Maximum of two vehicles per site unless approved. Vehicles must remain on designated roadways and parking areas. Current registration and insurance are required.
11) Site Appearance – Sites must be clean, organized, and free of clutter. Only approved outdoor items are permitted.
14) RV Standards – RVs must be self-contained, operational, and well-maintained.
12) Laundry & Washing – No clotheslines or outdoor drying. Vehicle washing is prohibited; RV washing must be performed by a licensed and insured service.
13) Pets – All pets must be registered. Pets must be leashed, supervised, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. See Pet Policy for complete details.
15) Vendors – All vendors and service providers must register with the office before entering the park.
16) Posted Signs – All posted signs and management instructions must be followed.
Crime-Free Policy
Illegal drugs, criminal activity, threats, violence, vandalism, disorderly conduct, or any unlawful activity by guests or visitors will result in immediate lease termination and removal from the park.
Mail & Packages
Mail and packages are accepted as a courtesy for registered guests only. Tradewinds RV Park is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered items.
General Pet Rules
1) Pet owners are responsible for the care behavior and actions of their pets at all times.
2) Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal of the pet and/or guest from the park without refund.
3) All dogs must be enrolled in the PooPrints Program within 2 days of arrival. Pet waste matched to your dog including waste left on your site will result in a $150 fine.
4) A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per site.
5) Current vaccination records are required for all pets.
6) Pets displaying aggressive behavior, neglect or any behavior resulting in Animal Control involvement may be required to leave the property.
7) Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time.
8) Excessive barking or other disruptive noise is not permitted.
9) Pets must be on a hand-held leash no longer than 6 feet when outside the RV or designated dog park. Retractable leashes electronic leashes and electronic fencing are not permitted.
10) If a pet is tethered outside the owner must remain outside and supervise the pet at all times.
Outdoor Containment Pens
1) Pets in containment pens must be supervised by the owner at all times.
2) Pens must be in good condition and may not exceed 30 inches in height unless approved by management.
3) Pens may not block utilities, roadways or neighboring sites.
4) Pens must be temporary, removable and may not be attached to trees, water connections, electrical pedestals or any park property.
5) If the RV door opens into the pen the pen gate must remain open when not in use.
All pets staying, visiting, or fostered at my site have been disclosed to Tradewinds RV Park. I have received and agree to follow the Tradewinds RV Park Pet Policy. I understand that I am responsible for my pet(s) and any damages, injuries, or violations caused by them.
Management Rights
Park Management reserves the right to reasonably interpret, enforce, and modify these rules as needed. Updated rules will be available in the office.
Failure to comply with park rules may result in removal from the property without refund.
