Tradewinds RV Park occasionally photographs and records activities, events, and common areas of the park for promotional, marketing, educational, and community purposes.

By entering and participating in activities within common areas of the park, guests acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured and used by Tradewinds RV Park in:

• Website content
• Social media
• Brochures and advertisements
• Newsletters
• Promotional materials
• Community publications

Guests who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should notify the office in writing. Tradewinds RV Park will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests; however, we cannot guarantee exclusion from photographs or recordings taken in public or group settings.

Separate written consent may be requested for close-up photographs, interviews, testimonials, or featured marketing materials.
