Site Prep
Appearance:
Remove trash/debris/pet waste/abandoned belongings
(take pictures of abandoned items, pet waste and oil/grease stains)
Cover any oil or grease stains
Remove any broken picnic tables
Make sure tree pans for both site are at property standards.
Services:
Septic Opening – Inspect for cracks/ leaks/cap is present/blockage
Electrical – Inspect outlets/breakers and overall condition. Use can of air to blow out dust. Put on tag submit picture with work order.
Water – Inspect faucet for any leak, missing handles or any other repair issues
Daily
Walk front end of property:
Remove all debris from Memorial Park/ Landscape areas/ Building
Blow/Pressure wash front and back patio as needed
Remove cobwebs and clean light fixtures as needed
Rake front area of building including laundry end as needed
Additional Duties:
Check and/or clean office and laundry light fixtures for bugs
Check and/or clean air filters in office, laundry and recreation room
Other Task:
Walk remainder of property including common areas pick up trash – Check fire rings and enclosures for trash build up.
Empty overnight trash and building trash.
Observe any needed maintenance and use link for doing so.
Over Night Sites:
Spot check overnight sites on a regular basis
Make sure all breakers are in off position
Picnic table is clean and placed at front left corner of pad
Make sure all debris is removed
Report and repair any issues
