Laundry and showers are closed from 7am to 8am for cleaning daily.

Orange barrel garbage can is for your use. If you have larger items, please reach out to the office.

Please make sure that you are following park rules regarding your stay as well as any pet rules and guideline.

Your Site:

Electric — Make sure breaker is off before plugging in. Each site offers full hook ups. 30/50/110. After plugging in make sure that the breaker is fully turned on. Surge protectors are highly recommended.

Water — When hooking up your water use of backflow preventer and pressure regulator are highly recommended as we are on city water. Please make sure that there are no leaks.

Septic — If you are staying for more than (1) one night make sure that your sewer hose is properly elevated and off of the ground. Make sure that the connections are secure at the RV and septic opening.

Park Rules —

All guests and pets must be registered with the office.

Use of all amenities is at your own risk

All STOP signs must be observed.

Speed limit is 5MPH.

Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM.

Do not drive or walk through occupied or unoccupied sites.

Park in front of your RV if possible.

All children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times and never left alone at the site or in any other area.

Registered RV/vehicle owner is responsible for any conduct or damage done by family, guest, or pets.

No parking on floating patios.

No washing of vehicles, RVs or any other transportation in site. Ask office about alternative options.

No wood burning fire pits.

Pet Rules:

Vaccination records must be made available upon request.

No tethering unless you are outside with your pet. Do not tether your pet to services or trees.

Pets are not to be left alone at any point outside of your RV.

No retractable or electronic leashes. No electric fences.

If staying for more than one evening, please come to office for pet collar band.
