Great Tradewinds RV Park Rates

Minimum of 1 night stay charged for daily & weekly reservations.

• Balance will be due upon arrival.
• Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to original arrival date.
• $20.00 cancellation fee will apply to all canceled reservations.

All monthly reservation deposits are equal to ½ month's rent.

Must cancel 30 days prior to original reservation date for a 50% refund.

If cancellation occurs after deadline above, entire deposit will be forfeited.

Upon arrival $100.00 electric deposit plus balance of rent will be due.

Deposit Amount:

• Standard Site: $167.50
• Pull-Thru or Premium Site: $180.00
• Premium Pull-Thru Site: $187.50
• Extra Large Site: $192.50

• Deposit and cancellation policies are based on reservation type.
• Site rental starts the day of the initial reservation.
• Late arrivals pay for the full week or month's reservation.
• Any arrival date change must be done at least 7 days in advance for weekly and daily rental, 30 days in advance for monthly rentals.
• Every attempt will be made to accommodate specific site requests, however, a reservation for a specific site is not guaranteed.
• We take reservations months in advance as a courtesy to our guests. Because our guests depend on these reservations we cannot guarantee that your space will be available if you arrive early or want to extend your stay. Please make sure you clear any changes to your reservation with Management well in advance.
